Commercial Project Coordinator (m/f/d)
In our Scheme Administration girocard department, you will make an important contribution to shaping the future of payments in Germany, as you can create and influence them at EKS.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- Project support: You work independently on internal and external projects and create process flows and project overviews
- Document management: You optimize the organization of the document storage of the girocard system as well as the documentation of master data, processes, contract management and concepts
- Operation of the girocard system: In your team, you ensure the smooth operation of the girocard system by working closely with the contractual partners on all matters relating to "Rules & Regulations"
- Interface management: As one of the central interfaces, you support future change processes of the girocard system and are the direct contact person within the EKS
- System development: You actively accompany the development of the system together with the team, research emerging issues and develop solutions independently
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed training in administration, management, economics, finance or similar.
- Initial professional experience, ideally in the banking industry, card business, or payment services
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you
- Knowledge of the functioning of card-based, digital card systems or other payment systems is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills are required
- Confident use of the Office package, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook, is a matter of course for you
