We, EURO Kartensysteme GmbH (EKS), are a joint venture of German banks and Sparkassen. We perform central tasks in the girocard system as the operational scheme manager and other tasks in cashless payment services on their behalf. Technical Product Manager girocard (m/f/d)
you will make an important contribution to shaping the future of payment in Germany, which you will actively influence with your work at EURO Kartensysteme GmbH (EKS).
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- You will be part of the product strategy and development team, which creates and describes new girocard functionalities in a dynamic environment
- You organize and moderate co-creation workshops to define needs and goals, taking into account business policy and technical requirements
- You support the creation of technical specifications and form the interface to our external experts, with whom you drive the development forward, while keeping an eye on the interests of all stakeholders
- You work closely internally with the legal department, marketing, sales and other interfaces
- You accompany the implementation and test phases and, if necessary, act as the technical control authority, evaluating technical issues in particular and providing support with your expertise
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies, ideally in the field of (business) informatics
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in the card payment business, ideally with a network provider chip manufacturer
- Experience in technical implementation in digital and cashless payment services
- Good knowledge of project management
- Conceptual, strategic, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Perseverance, quick comprehension and ability to integrate
- High degree of independent work and self-organization
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
- Occasional willingness to travel
