The use of images (including photos, graphics, drawings, illustrations), videos (including animations, film material, and other audiovisual content), and print products (including flyers, magazines, brochures, posters), hereinafter referred to as "content(s)", is always restricted to girocard. Any modification of the content through editing or other technical means, or any falsification of the content, is prohibited. The content may not be used for satirical or defamatory purposes. The use of the content for sale or in image databases is not permitted.
When using content, it is mandatory to cite the source. When using our content, at least EURO Kartensysteme GmbH or girocard.eu must be cited as the source below the content used or in your legal notice if no special requirements for citing the source arise from the respective preview image (e.g. naming the photographer).
EURO Kartensysteme grants the user a non-exclusive right to use the content provided free of charge. The information (if available) on the time and local usage restrictions when opening/downloading the respective content must be taken into account.
If the user acts contrary to the terms of use, this entitles EURO Kartensysteme to revoke the granted right of use with immediate effect or to demand discontinuation. Any claim for damages shall remain unaffected by this.
EURO Kartensysteme shall not be liable for claims for damages by third parties arising from the improper use of the content provided by the user or the user's violation of individual provisions of these Terms of Use. Should claims by third parties be brought against EURO Kartensysteme as a result of this, the user hereby expressly indemnifies EURO Kartensysteme against such claims. The indemnification also includes the costs of legal action to defend against such claims.
